For the first time in many years, the NASSA Board of Directors has voted to increase fees for transfers and registrations. Memberships, annual dues, and all other fees will remain the same.
The fees for all registrations and transfers will increase by $1 starting on September 1.
Costs for postage, advertising, printing, and the purchase of items for the NASSA store have increased over the past few years and fees need to rise to keep up with costs.
In both 2017 and 2018 NASSA operated at a small deficit, which should not be allowed to continue. The small increase in registration and transfer fees should be enough to offset the deficit and allow NASSA to continue offering its services to our members.
Starting on September 1 the fee schedule will be as follows:
- Adult ewe registration – $6
- Adults ram registration – $11
- Ewe lamb registration – $6
- Ram lamb registration – $11
- Transfers – $5
- Late transfers – $9
