Genetics Task Force Poll

The Genetics Task Force Committee is exploring the possibility of a fundraiser working with Colin Richmond of Colin's Creatures. Colin would work with the committee to develop a new Shetland figurine that would be available exclusively through NASSA. Our thoughts would be to develop a new figurine each year, in different colors using many of the patterns and markings we see in our flocks. The funds raised through this fundraiser would be used by the Genetics Task Force Committee to help in funding future semen imports from the UK.

The pieces that I would make for your group would have much more detail than those shown in the photo. Each year the piece would not only have a different coloring, but possibly a different position. The intent being to create a flock as interesting as that in your field.
